There are a couple of useful keyboard shortcuts that can make your life easier.
1.) Have you ever experienced accidentally closing an internet browser tab? You can re-open a closed browser tab. Hit Ctrl+Shift+T on your keyboard and it should re-open the tab you have closed.
2.) If you would like to lock your computer screen specially if you have a login password and go immediately to the login screen, you can do this by pressing the Windows logo key + L
3.) Did you know that you can switch between the current screen and your desktop by pressing Windows logo key + D. This will toggle from current screen and show the desktop.
4.) Do you want to take a screenshot of a part of your screen? You can do this by pressing the following keys. Windows logo key + Shift + S will open the snip and sketch application and you can take a screenshot of a part of your screen.
5.) Task manager can be easily accessed by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Esc combination keys
6.) Pressing the Windows logo key + M minimizes all active windows and just goes to the desktop.
7.) Alt + TAB can be used to switch from one active application to another .
8.) If you are in your web browser, you can switch tabs by pressing CTRL + TAB key.
9.) You web browser can be switched from maximized to full screen mode by pressing the F11 key.
10.) There is an easier way of shutting down the computer. From your desktop screen, you can easily shutdown your computer by pressing ALT + F4.
WARNING: If you are not on the desktop screen, it will close your current application or prompt you to save your active open file.
