" I sat down at my computer to check my hotmail and suddenly I had warnings pop up that my computer was infected with trojan viruses and that I needed to download an antivirus software program. I tried to close these warning windows but to no avail. I immediately thought of Joel and called him right away. " Hi, Everyone, I have the higest regards for Joel Tumulak. He is "fantastic"! Had issues with my computer, due to a system change on high speed internet with qwest, and outlook express. After spending a couple days and hours each time, with qwest, I was put in touch with Joel, from a friend in Massachusetts. Don't get me wrong, he lives in Phoenix, but is so smart, he can help anyone, anywhere. He's not the kind of person that wants to do a quick fix. He truly cares, and wants to do every thing right, the first time. I'm totally inept on computers, he tried to help me over the phone. I couldn't describe my problem, correctly. We set an appointment today, for between 3-4pm. He called at approximately, 2:00pm he'd, be here in about 15 minutes. Met his time frame perfectly. "This site sould be called 911 HELP. I took my computer 5 times to a repair store and was told, it's fixed. Not only wasn't it fixed, they added sites they wanted and removed sites I wanted. I chaned my service provider to Cox, and they added what they wanted. I did not know what I had, outlook, gmail, thunderbird, cox, etc. I went through AARP and located CompuShooter. In a matter of minutes, over the phone, he was able to remove what I didn't want and what I wanted. I am not computer literate and his procedures were easy to understand, while being patient with me and remaining friendly. It' felt as if I was talking to a friend, and he was, and is. I HIGHLY recommend and support this site."
