Hi, Everyone, I have the higest regards for Joel Tumulak. He is "fantastic"! Had issues with my computer, due to a system change on high speed internet with qwest, and outlook express. After spending a couple days and hours each time, with qwest, I was put in touch with Joel, from a friend in Massachusetts. Don't get me wrong, he lives in Phoenix, but is so smart, he can help anyone, anywhere. He's not the kind of person that wants to do a quick fix. He truly cares, and wants to do every thing right, the first time. I'm totally inept on computers, he tried to help me over the phone. I couldn't describe my problem, correctly. We set an appointment today, for between 3-4pm. He called at approximately, 2:00pm he'd, be here in about 15 minutes. Met his time frame perfectly. We, he and I, thought he might have to take computer away. I was sick and shaking. Joel shows up and fixed "everything", in less than 5? minutes. He is super, again, he cares about his customers. I was working on my finals for college when my laptop crashed to where I couldn't even get Windows to launch. I had a friend of a friend look at it and was told I needed a new laptop. It's a good thing I decided to get a second opinion. Joel came out the same day I talked with him and he was able to get my laptop running just like new. He's very professional,friendly and knows his stuff. He was also very patient with my 3 year old that kept wanting to play with him! I am grateful for his service and know that I will be contacting him for any of my future computer needs.
