This site sould be called 911 HELP. I took my computer 5 times to a repair store and was told, it's fixed. Not only wasn't it fixed, they added sites they wanted and removed sites I wanted. I chaned my service provider to Cox, and they added what they wanted. I did not know what I had, outlook, gmail, thunderbird, cox, etc. I went through AARP and located CompuShooter. In a matter of minutes, over the phone, he was able to remove what I didn't want and what I wanted. I am not computer literate and his procedures were easy to understand, while being patient with me and remaining friendly. It' felt as if I was talking to a friend, and he was, and is. I HIGHLY recommend and support this site.
